1. Raid sign-up

1.1 Before signing up, make sure you allocate 3 (three) to 4 (four) hours for the raid. We do understand some personal (e.g parents aggro, etc) and (occassional) urgent issues, but is not intended for abuse.

1.2 Please confirm your attendance 3 (three) days before raid.

1.3 Note that you are REQUIRED to spec as the raid requires.
Eg. a. If you join the guild as a shadow priest, then we will not force you to respec to holy (eventhough we might ask for your help occassionally)
b. If you come into the raid as pvp spec and as such hinders you to perform (i.e heal or dps) well in raid, you will not be given priority in the spot allocation.

1.4 Do NOT ask for invite once the raid has started, you will be notified personally if your service is required.


2. Raid attendance

2.1 Be present 15 (fifteen) minutes before the stated raid time.

2.2 In the case where you cannot make it for the raid that you have signed up for, inform your respective raid leader 1 (one) day before the raid.

2.3 If you are late, we have the right to give the slot to whoever fits the bill during invite period.


3. During the raid

3.1 Listen to instructions.

3.2 You MAY suggest new strategies, but do not make noise if your suggestion is not well-received.

3.3 We have all the rights to switch players as we deem appropriate.

3.4 Do your part, play your role well.


4. Loot

4.1 For 10-man instance loot priority will be given based on need AND effort put in, while 25-man raid will depend on dkp.

4.2 Unwanted loots will be disenchanted and the shards and crystals be placed in guild bank for guild use.

4.3 If you need the loot, speak up within 10 (ten) seconds, if u need more time please say "wait" at least in raid chat or on voice, failing which you will be considered to pass the item.


5. New Bosses Tries (including ZA for now)

5.1 Please read up the strategies available widely on the net for the particular bosses, or watch the videos if you think that could help better.

5.2 Please prepare ample amount of potions, (elixirs, flasks and food --> when stated) before the raid to help smoothen the otherwise (possibly) painful experience.


6. Gears worn

6.1 Please fill in all the sockets with gems, even if it means cheap gems.

6.2 It is recommended that you also enchant those gears, best enchants are NOT necessary.
